Sheet metal products are available in our stock as coils and cut-to-length plates in standard sizes. In order to reduce waste rates and increase efficiency in our customers’ production lines, we approach demands for custom sizes outside the standard dimensions with great care.
Thanks to our extensive steel service center operations and expert technical staff within KMS Demir Çelik A.Ş., we process all sheet metal products in the requested quality and dimensions with the most precise tolerances and offer them for your use.
These are flat steel products obtained by heating a semi-finished product with a rectangular cross-section (Slab), produced by the continuous casting method, to a certain temperature and rolling it.
- Coil or cut-to-length sheet: These are coil products or sheets cut-to-length/slit from coils with thicknesses ranging between 1.40-25.00 mm.
- Plate: Products with thicknesses ranging from 6.00 to 200.00 mm and widths from 1000 to 3600 mm are plate products.
Our hot rolled products can be produced in the form of coils, cut-to-length sheets, heavy plates, and sandblasted & painted plates; with trimmed or untrimmed edges; hot rolled or pickled & oiled (surface oxide layer cleaned with acid); passed through the coil preparation process with a temper (skin-pass) operation or non-tempered for inspection purposes (recoil); in a normalized state (cut-to-length plate, plate, and painted plate products); and with teardrop or diamond patterned (embossed) surfaces.
Product Variety
Cut-to-length services at our facility are provided for thicknesses from 0.30 mm up to 25 mm; slitting services are available from 0.30 mm to 6 mm. Sheets with a width of 2000 mm are delivered with the best surface flatness tolerances.
Diamond patterned sheet products, primarily used on surfaces requiring slip resistance such as industrial facilities, stair treads, walkways, and vehicle chassis, are readily available in our stock as coils and in standard sizes. We provide immediate delivery in special sizes and wall thicknesses suitable for the load-bearing capacity required by the application area.
